Penn Charter defeated Westtown, 1-0, in the PAISAA girls’ soccer final at Immaculata University on Wednesday. Kaila Rahn scored the game’s lone goal in the 30th minute, burying a corner kick from Maggie Boyes. The Quakers gave up just two goals in the entire PAISAA tournament and posted shutouts in both the semifinals and the championship.
