The Bryn Mawr-based water utility Aqua Pennsylvania has promoted Curt Steffy to vice president, production, from director, operations. David Kralle has been hired as government-relations specialist. Kralle had been associate lobbyist at Triad Strategies since 2013. Previously, he spent nearly seven years working for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, including time in the Office of the Speaker.
