Praying for a nation, securing a capitol

A group has been coming every day since the presidential election to pray as they walk around the State Capitol grounds in Harrisburg, PA on Jan. 18, 2021. They are not affiliated with any denomination or political party. Their prayers are for our country and for truth. They usually walk around the Capitol building 7 times for a blessing based on the Biblical book of Jericho. The Tree Flag, featuring a pine tree with the motto “An Appeal to Heaven” was used originally by a squadron of six cruiser ships commissioned under George Washington in 1775. It is adapted from the Iroquois Confederacy. The Great Peacemaker had the Confederacy (also known as the Haudenosaunee), bury their weapons beneath a pine tree at Onondaga. National Guardsmen continue to guard the State Capitol. The National Guard was brought in due to threats of violence and will be in place till after the Presidential inauguration.
