The Internet let out a gasp when model Gisele Bundchen shared a very intimate photo on her Instagram account. The shot depicts the former Victoria's Secret angel, and wife of Tom Brady, getting made up for a photoshoot while breastfeeding her son Benjamin.
She wrote: "What would I do without this beauty squad after the 15 hours flying and only 3 hours of sleep #multitasking #gettingready."
But I can't help myself from rolling my eyes at her definition of "multitasking." It looks to me like Gisele is just getting pampered while nestling up to her child in a cozy terrycloth robe. Tough life, girl. Multitasking is what millions of moms do every single day from the crack of dawn until late into the evening.
Gisele is considered a bit of a high-profile advocate for breastfeeding. In 2010, after the birth of her first child, she told Harper's Bazaar UK that she thought breastfeeding was not only incredible for her child but also a factor in her baby-weight loss.
"There should be a worldwide law, in my opinion," Bundchen added controversially, "that mothers should breastfeed their babies for six months."
