A seven-month-old Montgomery County boy with better hair than you or I went viral online this month thanks to his luscious, rockstar-like locks, and now, he's going national thanks to an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Adrianna Alfano Cherkas brought her son, Theo, onto DeGeneres' show on Wednesday afternoon for a segment showing off the baby's impressive tresses. The Merion Station mom uploaded a video online of Theo's hair this month, which has garnered more than 50 million views on DeGeneres' EllenTube, the host said. The video had more than 36 million views elsewhere online, according to NBC10.
"What do you do to take care of this hair?" DeGeneres asked. "Have you insured it?"
She hasn't gone that far, but Cherkas told DeGeneres that she has avoided cutting Theo's hair since his birth, and uses normal haircare products on it, such as tears-free shampoo and leave-in conditioner. Theo, however, did start with a leg up in the hair department; he was born with a full head of it.
DeGeneres also compared Theo's mane to "the hair of an '80s rock star," and presented Cherkas with a baby-sized KISS costume to help realize Theo's dad's dream of dressing the baby up as a member of the glam-rock group for Halloween.
So, basically, be on the look out for Theo in October. Only, maybe with longer locks. Check out Theo's appearance on Ellen below:
