Good Morning Philadelphia: Foul Friday to beget fair weekend

It's umbrellas as far as the camera can see this morning as rain pounds Center City residents and commuters
walking to work at 16th and Walnut Streets.

While it's a foul Friday, the skies will clear over the weekend with just a chance of thunderstorms on Sunday.
