IOM's own Anthony Campisi reports for our friends at PlanPhilly that SEPTA general manager Joe Casey indicated at a public meeting that he'd like "different union leadership" to emerge from upcoming elections, though apparently when asked for additional comment he denied having said such a thing.

You'll recall that SEPTA and the TWU had a recent run-in. We're not sure if this is the most effective way for management to pave the way for new union leadership.
