Fiesta time

Throw on a sombrero and celebrate Cinco de Mayo at McGillin's Olde Ale House (1310 Drury St.). The fiesta will begin at 9:30 p.m. Saturday with a DJ in a decor of piñatas, Mexican flags and banners. Hear the voices

The Church of the Holy Trinity (19th and Walnut Streets) will present a musical tribute to the victims of the Holocaust at 4 p.m. Sunday. Featuring a choral cantata of Holocaust songs, "Voices of the Holocaust" by Sheridan Seyfried, the concert welcomes people of all backgrounds to pay respects to the victims and to enjoy the music. Blown away

Live, direct, and loud, the Slavic Soul Party! brass band will shake the walls of the International House (3701 Chestnut St.) with a party-starting presentation of its new album,

Teknochek Collision.

The album is a collection of brass compositions formed through a blending of cultural musical traditions - from the neighborhoods of Brooklyn to the small towns of the former Yugoslavia. The party starts at 8 p.m. Thursday. Tickets: $8 to $10. Information: 215-895-6546.

Music, dance, and architecture

A site-specific music and dance event will return to Mount Pleasant Mansion (Mount Pleasant Drive, East Fairmount Park) this weekend to showcase the Partita Project. A combination of baroque and contemporary music and dance, the show will complement and feature the architecture of the location as it is performed throughout the mansion and gardens.
