"Dog Days" book-signing

Jamie Wyeth will be on hand to sign copies of his book,

Dog Days of Summer: Works by Jamie Wyeth

, which was created as an exhibition catalog for his 2007 summer exhibition at the Brandywine. Both the exhibition and the book featured paintings and drawings of dogs representing more than three decades of Wyeth's art. In addition to the dog-themed art, the book contains a narrative by Wyeth regarding his lifelong love of dogs. There is a limit of three items signed per visitor. Local musician Sean McGraw will give a solo performance tonight in his hometown of Kennett Square.
