So

Donovan McNabb

thinks he's got it rough in Philadelphia? Try being

Eli Manning

.

No quarterback in the National Football League is criticized and scrutinized more than the 26-year-old Manning, who has 19 touchdowns and 17 interceptions this season. The Giants' fourth-year QB has a 55.6 completion percentage.

The latest person to weigh in?

Lawrence Taylor

.

"I don't know Eli; I'm not on the field with him," Taylor told the New York Daily News last week. "I can't tell you what goes on in the huddle, just from what I see on the TV set. [But] when you got that look on your face, like a ball in high grass - lost."

Taylor had a message for Manning: "Believe in yourself. Your team will believe in you if you believe in you. You throw a bad pass, 'Damn, I'm sorry. Next time that [pass] is going to be on the money. Guys, that one got away from me. I tell you what: I got a better one this time!' That's confidence. 'I just threw another damn interception? Hey, I'm going to throw more touchdown passes than interceptions.' Don't be scared to throw the next one."
