Lowe, who was cleared of drug charges in England in 2005, was arrested Sunday night while driving on a highway south of the Jamaican capital, police said. Authorities said they found 42 marijuana cigarettes in Lowe's car.

signed a free-agent deal with the Florida Marlins. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
