How much does Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen hate playing in the Cubs' Wrigley Field?

The Associated Press says the outspoken pilot swears he sees rats bigger than pigs in the batting cage and gets sick every time he visits the ancient park on Chicago's North Side. The Sox are traveling uptown to Wrigley for three games beginning tonight.

Nothing like getting the crowd on your side ahead of time, eh, Ozzie?

Weird stat

The Texas Rangers' Andruw Jones hit two homers over the weekend against the Los Angeles Dodgers. When you add a homer Jones hit in a spring training game, he has three in three games against the Dodgers this year - after three homers in 75 games for them last season.

Control freak

Minnesota Twins righthander Kevin Slowey rarely hits 90 m.p.h. on the radar gun, but his nine wins are tied for second most in the majors.

The 25-year old has walked only 10 batters in 78-plus innings, a rate of 1.144 walks per nine innings that ranks slightly behind AL leader Roy Halladay's 1.049. (Halladay's 10-1 record for Toronto is the majors' best.) In 53 career starts, Slowey has 25 victories.
