Grady Sizemore said an MRI exam showed improvement in his inflamed left elbow and that he could be back in Cleveland's lineup in seven to 10 days. . . . The Los Angeles Angels put pitcher Kelvim Escobar on the 15-day disabled list because of continued trouble with his right shoulder. He was previously on the 60-day disabled list because of the injury.
