,, has won a Top 10 award by the Associated Press Sports Editors.

It was the first year Web sites have been judged by the national sports editors.'s sports site was voted one of the best Web sites with more than 1 million unique visitors. There also was judging for Web sites with less than 1 million unique visitors.

The judging was done by a panel of APSE members. The APSE started honoring the best sports sections and sports writing in 1981.
