Pittsburgh Penguins coach Dan Bylsma said top-line forward Pascal Dupuis could miss the rest of the season with a knee injury.
Detroit Red Wings defenseman Jonathan Ericsson could miss three to five weeks with broken ribs.
The Dallas Stars have put defenseman Sergei Gonchar, out with concussionlike-symptoms, on the injured list.
Carolina Hurricanes forward Jiri Tlusty will miss two to three weeks after having his appendix removed.
