Widener scored 21 points in a decisive third quarter and captured its league-record 20th Middle Atlantic Conference title with a 44-28 victory over Delaware Valley at Leslie C. Quick Jr. Stadium.

Widener (10-0, 9-0 MAC) is headed to the NCAA tournament for the 14th time in school history.

With the score deadlocked 14-14 at halftime, Widener went 62 yards in just over three minutes before Seth Klein connected with Anthony Davis (Chester) on a 20-yard touchdown pass for a 21-14 lead. Davis also scored on a 55-yard touchdown pass.

The Aggies (9-1, 8-1) got to within 35-21 when Aaron Wilmer (George Washington) found Rasheed Bailey (Roxborough) on a 43-yard touchdown pass.

West Chester 28, Indiana (Pa.). 17 - Running back Brandon Monk (Avon Grove) scored three different ways as the visiting Golden Rams (10-1) beat the Crimson Hawks (6-5).

Monk rushed for a 7-yard TD, caught a 13-yard touchdown pass from Sean McCartney (Archbishop Wood), and returned a punt 80 yards for his final TD.

McCartney was 17 for 26 for 299 yards and two touchdowns. He also hooked up with Mike Doty (Central Bucks South) on a 13-yard scoring strike in the third quarter.

Ursinus 47, Dickinson 31 - Two Bears, both seniors, set single-game records as Ursinus (7-3, 6-3) beat the visiting Red Devils (3-7, 3-6) in Centennial action.

Quarterback Kevin Monahan threw for 442 yards and four touchdowns with the yardage setting a school record, while receiver Darius Jones (Haddon Heights) set a school mark with 263 yards receiving.

Albright 17, Lebanon Valley 14 - A blocked kick in the closing seconds denied the Dutchmen (3-7) a chance at overtime as the visiting Lions held on to win the 94th playing of the rivalry.

Albright's Jonni Cassano (Cherry Hill East) blocked a 28-yard field-goal bid by Matt Smoluk (Palmyra) with 34 seconds left in the game.

Brendon Irving (Kingsway) ran for 177 yards and a touchdown to close the season with 1,255 yards for the Dutchmen.

Lehigh 30, Colgate 27 - Nick Shafnisky was 19 of 22 for 204 yards and a touchdown, Rich Sodeke had an 85-yard kickoff return for a touchdown, and the Mountain Hawks (3-7, 2-3 Patriot) beat the visiting Raiders (4-7, 2-3).
