In a move predicted by Tattle and shocking no one, new mom Jessica Simpson is launching a maternity line.
Jessica, 31, who gave birth to daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson on May 1, announced Monday a partnership between Camuto Group, the master licensee behind her label, and retailer Destination Maternity.
The clothes will be in stores in the fall. She said she'll aim for a look "flattering to your baby bump."
This collection builds on her already strong fashion portfolio, with 24 product categories, including clothes, jewelry, shoes and beauty products, and once again proves that you don't have to design clothes to be a clothing designer.
Remember when she used to be a singer.
And a reality-TV star.
It was all leading up to merely being a brand.
In other baby-related news, Jacob for boys and Sophia for girls were the most popular names in 2011.
And with all the transgender news out there, we have to wonder how many Jacobs will also be Sophias.
Jacobs was No. 1 for the 13th year in a row. Sophia, last year's No. 2, knocked off Isabella to take the top spot.
For boys, the top 10 went Jacob, Mason, William, Jayden, Noah, Michael, Ethan, Alexander, Aiden and Daniel. The girls went Sophia, Isabella, Emma, Olivia, Ava, Emily, Abigail, Madison, Mia and Chloe.

Will Smith supports President Obama's position on gay marriage.
Will told reporters in Berlin Monday that "if anybody can find someone to love them and to help them through this difficult thing that we call life, I support that in any shape or form."
He was in Germany to promote "Men in Black III."
Up next: "Men in Black Sequins."
Genevieve Sabourin, who's accused of stalking Alec Baldwin, was upbeat Monday as her attorney said she had a legitimate reason for contacting the star.
Sabourin was arrested last month, after authorities said she sent the "30 Rock" star a series of emails imploring him to marry her — emails allegedly sent days after Baldwin became engaged to yoga instructor Hilaria Thomas.
"I'm confident that my lawyers are going to solve this," she said after a brief appearance in a Manhattan court.
"There was no effort at harassment, and there was no stalking here," her defense attorney, Maurice Sercarz, said after the court hearing.
Sarah Hyland, who plays ditzy Haley Dunphy on "Modern Family," had a kidney transplant in April after a lifetime of pain and fatigue.
The kidney donor was her father.
Her real-life father, Edward.
Take that Phil Dunphy, Mr. Cool Dad.
Hyland told "Good Morning America" that when she was 9, she was diagnosed with abnormal kidney development.
She says she tells her dad "It's weird — I've got your kidney in me."
Sarah plans to spend her show's summer hiatus recuperating.
Tanning Mom Patricia Krentcil has reportedly contacted Playboy about posing nude for the magazine.
Playboy quickly turned her down, but Tattle has a magazine she might try.
