It's snowing again, which can only mean one thing: We need your photos!

The infamous Punxsutawney Phil has doomed us to another six weeks of winter, and Jack Frost has wasted no time in hammering home the point that we will never escape his cold clutch. Smile, Philadelphians—it’s February.

The infamous Punxsutawney Phil has doomed us to another six weeks of winter, and Jack Frost has wasted no time in hammering home the point that we will never escape his cold clutch. Smile, Philadelphians—it's February.

Which, 'round these parts, apparently means one thing: snow. This time, however, John Bolaris is calling for a bit of good news in that this storm is milder than the monsters we recently dealt with. Why? It's all about the polar intrusion, baby:

"This storm will be a milder one, and although this storm will carry more moisture than past storms, a key missing ingredient will be the polar intrusion.

So, we'll see plenty of mixing at the start of the storm, which will cut down on snow totals. Plus, temperatures will flirt with the freezing mark to keep snow-to-liquid ratios much lower."

We're expecting upwards of four inches or more in some areas, and many area schools have already closed for the day. So, dear readers, there's just one thing left for you to do: send us some photos.

Taking the kids sledding? We wanna know about it. Built a killer snowman? We love snowmen, show us. Anything and everything wintery mix, we want to see it—from the Jersey Shore to the Philly 'burbs and everywhere in between, we know you're covering this snowstorm better than it is covering us.

So, go forth, brave souls, and document. Once you've settled back in and had your cocoa, send those photos in to photosinphilly@gmail.com. From there, we'll pick our favorites and publish them online.

And remember: if we don't take photos, the wet terror falling from the sky wins.
