Man shot to death on N. Broad St. in Logan

A 30-year-old man was fatally wounded last night in a street shooting on North Broad Street in the city's Logan section, police said.

The victim, whose name was not released, was wounded in the left side of his chest on the 4800 block of Broad at 8:14 p.m., police said. He was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 8:53 p.m.

A group of unidentified males were reportedly seen fleeing the scene. Police had no suspects or motive in the slaying.
