A man was shot and killed early Monday in a rowhouse in East Germantown, police said.
The victim, who was in his 20s, was shot once in the head and pronounced dead at 3:37 a.m. in the house on the first block of East Collom Street, police said. Investigators are seeking a motive in the slaying.
Meanwhile, police identified a man who was shot dead Friday evening in Southwest Philadelphia as David Moore, 30, of the 2200 block of South Bonsall Street in South Philadelphia.
Moore, who had been shot several times, was found on the 2100 block of Cemetery Avenue and pronounced dead at the scene at 6:01 p.m. Friday. No arrests have been made in the killing. - Inquirer staff
