Two days after a flash mob riled South Street, hearings are set for today and tomorrow for about two dozen teenagers arrested in a pair of Center City melees.

Two juveniles and an adult were arrested in Saturday night's rampage on South Street.

The hearings today and tomorrow at Family Court are for melees in Center City on Feb. 16 and March 3 during which police arrested about 35 people.

Following the March 3 incident, officials started charging arrested suspects with a felony count of riot.

There have been at least five so-called flash mob incidents in the past year, including one other on South Street last May and one the week before Christmas in Center City.
