A former teaching aide being held on charges he fondled three boys at a Collegeville parochial school several years ago has been accused of two additional charges.

Vito Granieri, 46, of Skippack, was arraigned early today in district court in Montgomery County after two 11-year-old boys came forward earlier this month to say Granieri had indecent contact with them.

The incidents allegedly occurred in 2007 and 2008 when the boys attended St. Eleanor Parish, where Granieri worked as a former information technology assistant, said Montgomery Assistant District Attorney Samantha Cauffman.

Granieri is charged in the recent case with indecent assault and related offenses. A preliminary hearing will be held June 30 before Magisterial District Court Judge Catherine Kelly Rubar.

In April, Granieri pleaded no contest to multiple counts of indecent assault in connection with the earlier incidents. He is being held without bail for sentencing Aug. 17.
