A 73-year-old woman who was last seen at her Wissinoming home on Jan. 2 has been found dead in a neighbor's garage, police said.

Investigators are awaiting a report from the Medical Examiners Office on the death of Judith Franzen, but police said there were no indications of foul play.

Franzen, who suffered from dementia and diabetes, had not been seen since Jan. 2.

Her body was found Monday in a garage a few doors from her home on the 6200 block of Cottage Street, police said.

A preliminary police report did not indicate who found the remains.
