The Customer Service Center is open Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. You can reach us at 1-800-222-2765.

We guarantee that your paper will be delivered to you by 6:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, and by 8 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Please contact us by 8:30 a.m. daily or by 10 a.m. Saturday and Sunday if you did not receive your paper and we will deliver a replacement.
