Looking for missing teen, authorities find a body

An autopsy was conducted Tuesday to determine whether a body discovered in Cape May County on Monday is that of Nicole Angstadt, 15, whose mother reported her missing Dec. 1.
Authorities found the body at a vacant property at 100 Vermont Avenue in Middle Township. Investigators were looking into Angstadt's disappearance when they searched the home.
Cape May County Prosecutor Robert Taylor declined to elaborate on the circumstances of Angstadt's disappearance, saying Tuesday he was waiting on the autopsy to identify the body and determine a cause of death. The investigation is continuing, he said.
