MANCHESTER, Pa. - A company that operates school buses in south-central Pennsylvania says it is changing its operations after a child was left on a bus for about six hours after falling asleep on the way to school. York County's Northeastern School District said F&S Transportation would add an alarm system activated when the bus engine is turned off. Police said the 7-year-old boy left on the bus Monday morning wasn't discovered until the driver returned in the afternoon.
