German Rubtsov

C, 6-foot-2, 178 pounds

Round 1, No. 22 overall

Regarded as a slick playmaker and solid two-way player, the speedy Rubtsov had 12 goals and 26 points in 28 games for Russia's under-18 team last season. Down the road, he may replace Claude Giroux as the team's No. 1 center.

Pascal Laberge

RW, 6-1, 174

Round 2, No. 36 overall

A tenacious forward who combines speed and grit, Laberge collected 68 points (23 goals, 45 assists) in 56 games for Victoriaville in the QMJHL.

Carter Hart

G, 6-1, 177

Round 2, No. 48 overall

The first goalie selected in the draft, he had a 2.14 goals-against average and .918 save percentage in a staggering 63 games for Everett (WHL). Draft expert Craig Button had him rated as the draft's 24th-best player.

Wade Allison

RW, 6-2, 205

Round 2, No. 52 overall

A prototypical power forward, the Manitoba native had 47 points, including 25 goals, in 56 games with Tri-City (USHL). He is headed to Western Michigan University.

Carsen Twarynski

LW, 6-2, 198

Round 3, No. 82 overall

The big forward was a teammate of Flyers prospects Radel Fazleev (his linemate) and Travis Sanheim with Calgary in the WHL. He collected 20 goals and 45 points in 67 games.

Connor Bunnaman

C, 6-1, 207

Round 4, No. 109 overall

Bunnaman is a strong two-way player who had a plus-18 rating for Kitchener (OHL). He showed massive improvement from the previous year and finished with

16 goals and 38 points in 68 games.

Linus Hogberg

D, 6-0, 176

Round 5, No. 139 overall

GM Ron Hextall called him the Flyers' "sleeper" of the draft. He recorded 25 points in 39 games for a second-division Sweden team.

Tanner Laczynski

C, 6-1, 190

Round 6, No. 169 overall

He averaged more than a point per game while playing for two USHL teams, finishing with 63 points in 52 games. He will play at Ohio State.

Anthony Salinitri

C, 5-10, 168

Round 6, No. 172 overall

A smallish but skilled forward, he recorded 17 goals in 62 games with Sarnia (OHL), where he played with Flyers prospect Travis Konecny.

David Bernhardt

D, 6-3, 191

Round 7, No. 199 overall

He had 10 goals and 38 points in 45 games for his second-division team in Sweden last season. His brother, Daniel, was a fourth-round pick of the Rangers last June.

The Flyers traded the 18th overall pick to the Jets for Nos. 22 and 36 overall; the Flyers traded the 120th overall pick to the Islanders for a fourth-rounder next year.
