Christina Cassidy made three saves in goal for the Bucks (20-4-2), who have won five straight playoff games by 1-0 scores.
Cassidy made a big save with five minutes left in overtime on a shot by Brianna White.
The winning goal started from a corner kick by Amanda Fleischut, and after Taylor Viniarski's shot was stopped by Lower Dauphin (19-5-1) goalie Taylor Alwine, Moyer collected the rebound and scored with 1:08 remaining.
West will play for the title at 7 p.m. tomorrow at HersheyPark Stadium.
