Cherry Hill West senior shortstop Sierra Machinski brought Wednesday's Olympic Conference National Division softball game against Winslow Township to a halt in the sixth inning.

Machinski's third hit of the game was the 100th of her career, and she was given the game ball to commemorate the achievement. She went 3 for 4 and roped two doubles to lead the host Lions to a 9-7 win.

Brittany Robertson struck out 11 to earn the win, and Alicia DeFlaviis also doubled.

Machinski joins DeFlaviis in the 100-hit club, as her fellow senior reached the mark earlier this season.

In other league action, Gianna Decker crushed a home run and drove in two runs as Seneca topped Bishop Eustace, 3-0. Eliza Sweet struck out four and scattered five hits.

Olympic American. Connor Gilligan went 3 for 5 and drove in three runs as Shawnee won, 13-9, at Cherokee.

Jessica Hughes went 3 for 4, scored two runs, and knocked in a run as host Washington Township eased past Lenape, 7-2.

Eastern's Kate Gaynor went 4 for 5 and drove in four runs to power the host Vikings over Cherry Hill East, 13-4. Emily Serata added two RBIs.

Colonial. Breanna Veit shut down Sterling, throwing a four-hitter and striking out four to lead host Haddon Heights to a 12-0 triumph. Veit belted a homer and finished with three RBIs to help her cause.

Tri-County Classic. Angela Lakatos pitched a four-hitter and struck out five to help Pennsville past host Salem, 15-2.

Tri-County Royal. Delsea's Megan Geisert doubled and went 2 for 4 to lift the Crusaders to a 5-1 win at Triton. Julia Voluntad fanned 13 and allowed just four hits.

Nonleague. Paul VI connected for eight consecutive hits and scored nine runs in the second inning en route to a 15-5 victory over visiting St. Joseph. Abbey Lord, Megan Wall and Dylan Jarvis each finished 3 for 4 for the Eagles.

Lacrosse

Lower Cape May's Maddie Gibson and Amanda Durbin each netted a hat trick, but it was Emily Levin's one score that made the difference.

The host Tigers fell behind by 5-0 early, but a second-half rally and a late goal from Levin helped edge Mainland, 10-9, in a Cape-Atlantic League contest.

Gibson finished with four goals, and Durbin added three.

Olympic National. Kristin Biche scored five goals and Clare Monaghan added four goals and five assists to power host Bishop Eustace over Sterling, 16-2.

Haddonfield's Katie Pileggi scored three times to lift the Bulldogs to a 10-9 win at Camden Catholic.

Olympic American. Hat tricks from Rena Carabases and Gabby Fornia paced Lenape in a 16-9 victory over visiting Eastern.

Burlington County Liberty. Delran's Rachel Ceplo scored seven goals as the host Bears cruised past Pennsauken, 16-5.
