Philadelphia Big Five Hall of Famer and former 76ers point guard Doug Overton knew his way around a basketball court and apparently, so does his son.
Miles Overton dropped in 32 points and boosted St. Joseph's Prep past visiting Germantown, 62-56, in a nonleague game Monday.
Overton, a 6-4 sophomore forward, converted 11 of 17 shots from the field and was 7 for 9 from the free throw line. He grabbed nine rebounds and scored 14 points in the final quarter when the Hawks (5-0) outscored the Bears (4-4), 22-18.
