Radnor reeled off a 15-2 run in the final three minutes without its leading scorer in the lineup and stunned visiting Marple Newtown, 48-47, in Central League girls' basketball on Friday night.

Hannah Rose Nussbaum left the game with a season-ending ankle injury just two minutes into the contest, but Myonie Williamson (17 points), Shannon Quinn (11), and Hannah Schug (10) picked up the Red Raiders offense.

Williamson, a sophomore who had nine fourth-quarter points, scored off a pass from Quinn for the game-winning layup with 10 seconds left.

Upper Perkiomen got individual wins from Dante Steffenino at 113 pounds and Kyle Fellman at 120 and finished second in a 42-team field at the King of the Mat Tournament in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Boys' Basketball

Germantown Academy edged visiting Norristown, 59-58, in overtime as Nick Lindner made 16 of 18 foul shots in a 22-point game. Julian Moore had 11 points and 16 rebounds.

Eric Anderson's emphatic dunk off a Zack Thomas steal, and Sema'j Reed's 12 rebounds and two assists punctuated Haverford School's 56-46 win over visiting Boys' Latin.

Math, Civics & Sciences outgunned visiting Strawberry Mansion, 86-78, with a career-high 23 points plus seven rebounds by sophomore Basil Thompson.

Tom Pitt's 14 points and eight boards steered Malvern Prep past visiting West Catholic, 58-42.

Indoor Track and Field

Strath Haven's Wellington Zaza cleared the 60-meter hurdles in 8.25 seconds, and Cardinal O'Hara's Chazz Wilks tossed the shot 54 feet at the TFCAGP Division II boys' meet at Lehigh.

Girls. Upper Dublin's Taylor Morgan cleared 5-4 in the high jump and Gwynedd-Mercy's Emma Keenan won the 600 meters by an 8-second margin with a 1-minute, 36.77-second clocking in the DVGTCA meet on Thursday night at Ursinus.
