Former Constitution High All-City player Savon Goodman started his college career at UNLV.

AFTER SITTING out last season, former Constitution High standout Savon Goodman has committed to Arizona State.

The 6-6, 215-pound forward started his career at Nevada-Las Vegas, where he averaged 3.6 points and 2.4 rebounds in 27 games as a freshman in 2012-13. However, he left the school following an arrest in which he later pleaded guilty to misdemeanor petty theft and trespassing.

Though he did not play basketball, Goodman spent last season at Indian Hills Community College in Ottumwa, Iowa.

Goodman, a Daily News All-City first-teamer as a senior at Constitution, is immediately eligible at ASU and will have 3 years of eligibility remaining.
