Penn Charter holds off Abington Friends

Fox went 8 for 8 from the line in the fourth quarter. As a team, the Quakers made 12 of 15 free throws.

Fox added five rebounds and three assists to her team-leading 21 points.

In other nonleague action:

Caroline Manfre did it all for Bonner-Prendergast in a 43-34 win at Padua (Del.). In addition to her 21 points, grabbed 15 rebounds and had five steals.

Dominique Dondici scored 16 points to lead host Friends Select to a 48-19 win over Renaissance Academy.

Deja Moore scored 16 points and dished out seven assists to lead Truman to a 47-24 win over visiting Upper Moreland. Sabria Lytes grabbed 11 rebounds.

Alexa Giacche scored 11 points to lead Hill School to a 29-5 victory at Barrack Hebrew.

Public League. Deja Richardson made a layup at the buzzer to lift Overbrook over host Parkway West, 36-34. Richardson scored four of Overbrook's eight fourth-quarter points.

Nadjy Tyler led the way for Freire Charter in a 41-37 win over visiting Prep Charter. Tyler scored 26 points and added 19 rebounds, four steals, and four blocks.

Jaquay Williams served as the spark in Audenried's 40-35 victory at Central. Williams led the Rockets with 14 points, and tallied eight steals and nine rebounds.

Shanice Boyd scored 16 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in Parkway Northwest's 34-28 win at Swenson. Talaythia Hill had a double-double, posting 11 points and 11 steals.

Justice Green's double-double powered Bartram to a 55-28 victory over visiting Northeast. Green grabbed 11 rebounds and scored 12 points. Sydney Barrows led the Braves with 19 points, and also had nine assists.

Taylor Fritz scored 12 of her 18 points in the first quarter to jumpstart the Philadelphia Academy Charter offense, and the Chargers downed Robeson, 47-24.

Imhotep's Bionca Dunham, a Lousiville recruit, added 12 rebounds and five blocks to her team-leading 13 points as the visiting Panthers routed Simon Gratz, 63-18.

Jenna Rand pulled down eight rebounds and led Franklin Towne with 10 points in a 33-15 win over visiting Lincoln.

Parkway Center City only had three players score points, but defeated host Girls High, 43-35. Jordan Wright posted 23 points, and Lauren Watson scored 16.

Taylor Dawson scored 13 points and dished out five assists in a 59-41 home-win for Palumbo over Engineering and Science.

Sayre guard Briana Moore scored 25 points and nabbed eight steals as the Panthers cruised by host Roxborough, 51-24. Denia Johnson scored 10 points.

Jada Lim and Mandy Rodriguez combined for 30 points in Maritime Academy's 37-33 win at Kensington. Maritime Charter outscored Kensington, 15-5, in the final frame to win.
