It's a bittersweet Major League Soccer campaign for forward Chris Agorsor, who was waived today by the Philadelphia Union.

Agorsor, 21, who was acquired during a weighted lottery on Valentines Day, played in three Union reserve matches and scored a goal against Red Bull New York.

Agorsor spent two seasons at the University of Virginia, netting six goals and adding 20 assists, but saw his playing time come to a screeching halt after a violent knee injury required months of surgery and rehabilitation.
