Parents of Montgomery County students protested outside the county Human Services Center in Norristown, Pa., on Saturday, and again outside commission Chairwoman Val Arkoosh's home on Sunday morning. They are upset by the county's decision to temporarily stop holding in-person classes because of the spreading of the coronavirus in the region.
