A West Philly neighborhood erupted in unrest after police officers shot and killed a 27-year-old Black man who family members say had a mental health condition.

Philadelphia has been reeling since the death of Walter Wallace Jr. on Monday.

Wallace was shot and killed by Philadelphia police in front of his home on the 6100 block of Locust Street in Cobbs Creek.
