Isaias leaves thousands in Philadelphia and New Jersey without power, flooding still a threat

Isaias moved through the Philadelphia area Tuesday, bringing heavy rain and strong winds that caused destruction across the region, flooding roadways and knocking down trees and power lines. Hundreds of thousands of customers lost power during the storm, and utilities say it could take days for electricity to be fully restored. Tornadoes were reported in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
