A deadly summer for Franklin Institute hawks

It's been a bad-luck year for the red-tailed hawks nesting on a ledge of the Franklin Institute. Two of the youngsters died this month after flying into windows at Moore College of Art, just around the corner. The third was found Tuesday morning on the ground next to the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
