Tacony Savings Fund Safe Deposit Title & Trust Company

Historical Commission

4900 Longshore Avenue | Built: 1893

The Historical Commission nominated this Victorian-era bank, arguing it exemplifies the late 19th century aesthetic of Tacony.

Conchy-Leech Tenant House

Larry Francis

5831 Yocum Street | Built: 1805

The University City Historical Society argued this house dates to when this corner of West Philadelphia was still rural and part of  Kingsessing Township.

But the commission declined to protect it.
