The Carriage Pleasure Drive on Sunday will open a week of adult competition featuring a variety of classes, including jumper classes every evening.

A new class, the $10,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby, has been added to the schedule, and the two-round event will be held as the last class of the evening on May 25.

Hunters compete Monday Tuesday and Wednesday, with youngsters taking over next Thursday with breeding classes during the day.

The main event, the $100,000 Grand Prix of Devon, is scheduled for next Thursday at 8 p.m.

The $50,000 Idle Dice Stakes, the last class on May 31, is to be followed by the awarding of the Open Jumper Championship and Leading Rider award.

On June 1, local hunters will compete for the Devon blue ribbon and final championship.
