Points per game: 32.5.

Opponents' points per game: 21.2.

Series record: The Cowboys lead, 54-42.

Last meeting: Nov. 4. The Cowboys won, 38-17, in Philadelphia.

Current series streak: None.

Who's hot: QB Tony Romo has completed at least 69 percent of his passes in six of the last seven games, and his 35 touchdown passes are a franchise record. He has 10 300-yard passing performances in 23 career starts, which is just three fewer than Troy Aikman had during a Hall of Fame career. . . . TE Jason Witten's 80 receptions are 40 more than all of the Eagles' tight ends combined, and his 25 catches in the last three games are three more than the Eagles' L.J. Smith's season total. Witten also has a career-high seven TD catches, and, with 955 receiving yards, is on a pace to go over 1,000 yards for the first time in his career. Have we mentioned that he was taken eight picks after Smith in the 2003 draft? . . . DE Greg Ellis has 10 sacks in the last seven games, including five in the last three.

Who's not: It's a short list. Tank Johnson has been unable to unseat Jay Ratliff as the starter at nose tackle since being reinstated from an eight-game NFL suspension at the start of the season. The Cowboys' defense has surrendered 54 points and 747 yards in its last two games.

Local ties: Phillips was the Eagles' defensive coordinator from 1986 to 1988 under Buddy Ryan. . . . Offensive coordinator Jason Garrett was born in Abington and played his college football at Princeton. . . . Terrell Owens has some history in Philadelphia, but insists he would rather focus on the fact that the Cowboys are 12-1 and the Eagles are not.

Who's hurting: WR Terry Glenn (knee) returned to practice last week, but he'll miss his 14th straight game. CB Terence Newman (toe, knee) is listed as questionable. T Marc Columbo (ankle) and WR Patrick Crayton (ankle) are probable.
