T.O.: Stay home, Jess

CROSS JESSICA SIMPSON off Terrell Owens' Christmas-card list.
The Cowboys receiver noticed that quarterback Tony Romo had one of his worst games against the Eagles last week while girlfriend Simpson watched from a Texas Stadium luxury box wearing a pink No. 9 jersey.
Owens saw a cause-and-effect and playfully suggested Simpson not attend future games.
"Right now, Jessica Simpson is not a fan favorite in this locker room or in Texas Stadium," said Owens, who later said he was only joking.
T.O. went on to note that Romo's previous worst game was last season against the Eagles with the QB's then-girlfriend, Carrie Underwood, on hand.
"With everything that has happened, obviously with the way Tony played and the comparison between her and Carrie Underwood, I think a lot of people feel she has taken his focus away," Owens said.
The Cowboys (12-2) have two regular-season games left. Then, it's on to the postseason.
Might Owens say something to Simpson then?
"Oh, I got a message for her when we make the playoffs," Owens said. "Just stay tuned."
New Yawkers give Isiah a Bronx cheer
New York Knicks fans aren't shy.
Last night, a couple dozen rallied outside Madison Square Garden before the Knicks took on the Cavaliers. Seems they're angry about the team's lousy play and are calling for coach Isiah Thomas' head.
They chanted "Fire Isiah" and even had a prop: an 8-by-4-foot pink slip.
You gotta love New York.
Boxing, back in the day
We bumped into legendary Philly middleweight Willie "The Worm" Monroe recently and got to talking about boxing and how it has changed.
"I once fought in Houston, got on a plane and fought again in Paris 6 days later," said Monroe.
We checked. He did. *
