Bronson Sardinha's two-run shot led the Bisons to a 3-2 win in the opener. Former Villanova star Brian Slocum gave up only two hits in 42/3 innings for Buffalo but did not get the victory.
Lehigh Valley's Steve Green (2-0) struck out five in a three-inning relief stint in the second game.
