The Eagles-Redskins game at Washington on Dec. 21 has been moved to a 4:15 p.m. kickoff, the NFL announced yesterday. The game had been scheduled for a 1 p.m. start time. Fox still will handle the broadcast.

The move was made because the Sunday night game was changed to Carolina vs. the Giants under the flex-scheduling plan. San Diego at Tampa Bay, the original Sunday night matchup, will move to 1 p.m. *
