Chad Johnson's act of kindness a life saver
Woman sends message to the former NFL star saying his generous gesture to a waitress made her realize she shouldn't commit suicide.
CHAD "Ochocinco" Johnson unknowingly prevented a woman from taking her life.
Earlier this week, the former NFL wide receiver left a waitress a $300 tip for a $351.92 tab.
He signed his name on the credit card slip and added the following message:
"Sundays are slow, this should help. I love you."
He then posted a photo of the receipt and the message on Twitter.
What happened next was incredible.
Another woman, who Johnson had never met, sent him a direct message saying she was considering suicide until she read about his generosity.
"I bought everything I need today in order to successfully commit suicide . . . until I realized there are always unforeseen blessings coming," she wrote. "That was a wonderful gesture to that waitress! You're amazing for that. Your act of kindness to a complete stranger saved another complete stranger's life . . . MINE! And you didn't even know it."

Former NBA star Reggie Miller thinks Michael Jordan was better than Kobe Bryant.
"Michael Jordan on his worst day is 10 times better than Kobe Bryant on his best day," Miller told Dan Patrick yesterday. "That's not short-changing Kobe at all, because he handed me my lunch pail, too, but I will take that Black Cat [Jordan] all day, any day over Kobe."
Beary X-mas
Chicago fan Phil Guay's "A Very Angry Bears Fan Christmas" video has gone viral.
Guay, changing the words to traditional holiday tunes, takes great delight in poking fun at the 5-9 Bears. For example, instead of "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer," he sings "Cutler the would-be QB." And, he substitutes, "You're a Mean One Mr. Grinch," with "You are Rotten, Chicago Bears." And, our personal favorite: "You're the Most Blunderful Team of the Year."
