PATRIOTS (12-3, vs. Bills): Clinched AFC East and home-field advantage throughout AFC playoffs.

BRONCOS (11-4, vs. Oakland): Clinched AFC West. Clinch first-round bye with win or tie; or, Bengals loss; or, Bengals tie and Colts win.

BENGALS (10-4-1, at Steelers): Clinched playoff berth. Clinch AFC North with win or tie; Clinch first-round bye with win and Broncos loss or tie; or, tie and Broncos loss and Colts loss or tie.

STEELERS (10-5, vs. Bengals): Clinched playoff berth. Clinch AFC North with win.

CHARGERS (9-6, at Chiefs): Clinch playoff berth with win; or, tie and Ravens loss or tie.

RAVENS (9-6, vs. Cleveland): Clinch playoff berth with win and Chargers loss or tie; or, tie and Chargers loss.

CHIEFS (8-7, vs. Chargers): Clinch playoff berth with win and Ravens loss and Texans loss or tie.

TEXANS (8-7, vs. Jaguars): Clinch playoff berth with win and Ravens loss and Chargers loss.
