Vikes keep playoff hopes alive with victory over Bears
That big win in Dallas? Savor it Eagles fans, because that's about as exciting as it's going to get this season.

The Minnesota Vikings beat the visiting Chicago Bears least night, 20-13, officially ending the Eagles' faint postseason hopes.
Adrian Peterson (78 yards, 20 carries) ran for a pair of touchdowns, including the game-clinching 8-yard burst with 11 minutes left in the game as the Vikings (8-6) held off the pesky Bears. Ryan Longwell kicked a 48-yard field goal with 4 seconds left in the first half for the Vikings.
Brian Urlacher's brilliant performance had the Bears (5-9) clinging to a 13-12 lead over the Vikings after three quarters.
Urlacher intercepted a pass and recovered a fumble in the first half and added two sacks in the third quarter to help the battered Bears defense looked like the playmaking unit of old.
After struggling for the first 35 minutes, the Vikings finally got the big play they were looking for in the third quarter when Robert Ferguson broke two tackles on a 71-yard catch and run to set up Peterson's 1-yard TD run.
Peterson's second TD run capped an 11-play, 65-yard drive that won for the Vikings. *
