MEMPHIS - Tim Clark broke a logjam in the Stanford St. Jude Championship, finishing a bogey-free 6-under-par 64 yesterday with three birdies and an eagle on his final five holes to take a 2-stroke lead.
Trevor Immelman, the Masters champion, had an opportunity to grab a share of the lead, but bogeyed No. 18 to finish the day with a 67 at the TPC Southwind.
He was tied at 207 with Bill Haas (67), Alex Cejka (69), Marc Turnesa (70) and Gavin Coles (70).
OBERWALTERSDORF, Austria - India's Jeev Milkha Singh shot an 8-under 63 to take a 4-stroke lead in the rain-shortened Bank Austria Open at Fontana Golf Club.
Singh had a 15-under 127 - matching the lowest 36-hole score on the European Tour this season.
