Minor Leagues: Drabek shuts down Trenton; Galvis stars for Reading

MANCHESTER, N.H. - Kyle Drabek (7-4) fired eight shutout innings as the New Hampshire Fisher Cats beat the Trenton Thunder, 3-0, in an Eastern League game on Monday afternoon.

The former Phillies prospect, who was sent to Toronto in the trade for Roy Halladay, gave up just four hits.

ALTOONA - Freddy Galvis went 3 for 4 and drove in the go-ahead run in the fourth as the Phillies beat the Curve in the Eastern League.

Lakewood 14, Delmarva 3

SALISBURY, Md. - Sebastian Valle homered, doubled and drove in four runs as the BlueClaws out-slugged the Shorebirds in the South Atlantic League.

Leandro Castro and Domingo Santana also homered for Lakewood, and Jonathan Villar had three RBIs.

Camden 8, Long Island 4

The Riversharks raked former big-leaguer Sidney Ponson for 14 hits in seven innings to win the Atlantic League game at Campbell's Field.

Lehigh Valley. The IronPigs' International League game at Toledo was rained out. The teams will play a doubleheader at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
