After missing the playoffs, what kind of changes do the Eagles need to make in the offseason?

1. Big changes. A roster overhaul is needed.

2. Moderate changes. There are some good players here, but the Birds need some more.

3. Minimal changes. A couple of tweaks to the roster and Super Bowl XLVII is on the horizon.
