Albrecht's shot broke a 63-63 tie after the Orange (5-2) rallied from a 10-point second-half deficit. Michigan led, 66-65, after Michael Gbinije scored inside for the Orange, and Derrick Walton missed the front end of a one-and-one for the Wolverines. But Syracuse freshman Chris McCullough threw the ball out of bounds with 15 seconds remaining.
Johns Hopkins 68, Gettysburg 52 - George Bugarinovic led the Blue Jays (4-2, 2-1 Centennial) with a game-high 13 points and Gene Williams (St. Joseph's Prep) added 11 points off the bench as Johns Hopkins beat the host Bullets. Kevin Gladstone (Haverford) paced Gettysburg (4-2, 2-1).
Franklin & Marshall 64, Ursinus 49 - The Diplomats (7-0, 3-0 Centennial) topped the host Bears (0-6, 0-3) as Brandon Federici scored a game-high 17 points. Matt Knowles paced the Bears with 15 points,

The visiting Fords won their third Centennial Conference game in a row, defeating the Shorewomen. Pallavi Juneja scored a team-high 16 points.
Lafayette 60, Penn 57 - The Quakers missed a go-ahead basket with five seconds left and then missed a game-tying three-pointer at the buzzer in the loss to the host Leopards.
Emily Homan (Delaware County Christian) led Lafayette with a game-high 29 points.
